Secret Agent Barbie lets kids join the alpha blonde and her friends as she travels the world as an international fashion spy. Her mission is to investigate and stop the creation of an invisibility suit.

The game contains five international locations - Paris, New York, Egypt, Tokyo, and Rio. Kids must complete a mission in each area, bringing them closer to breaking the case. Secret agents have access to special powers like running, jumping, tumbling, and blending into the background. There are special gadgets like pink-vision glasses and a remote-control puppy. True to the nature of the Mattel doll that spawned an empire, there is a selection of Kate Archer-esque secret agent outfits that kids can pick out for Barbie and her friends to wear.

The last date for Christmas delivery is 3rd December. Please check your estimated dispatch dates, as any items with later dates than this will almost certainly not be delivered in time for Christmas. Dispatch Times

Delayed or missing items

If you have not received your item within the timeframe estimated on your dispatch confirmation, please contact us, and we will be happy to look into this for you. There can be delays caused by weather, holidays, and postal and customs backlogs. These are thankfully fairly uncommon, but please do not be alarmed if your item is a little late. On the incredibly rare occasion that an item is found to be lost, a replacement will be provided.

Please ensure that you check your delivery address before buying. We cannot be held responsible for lost items where an incorrect address has been provided.

Cancelled orders

If you need to cancel an order before it has been sent, please let us know. Note that cancelled orders due to a change of mind are subject to a 5.5% fee to cover Paypal fees for refunded transactions.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items received (which we hope, due to our high standards, would never happen) please let us know within 7 days of receipt, as we can usually offer a replacement. Any items that require replacement must be posted to us within 14 days of a return being accepted, please ensure you obtain proof of posting / tracking..

Please ensure that you do contact us first for a return authorisation code, as returns will not be accepted without this.

In the unlikely event that any damage has occurred during delivery of your parcel, please ensure you take pictures of the inside and outside of the packaging, as these will be required to make a claim with the postal services.
