Donkey Kong Circus was released on September 1984, as part of the Panorama series. It has a lilac body and product number MK-96.

The game is basically the same as Mickey Mouse on the Panorama, though instead of controlling Mickey you control Donkey Kong. Mickey Mouse's model number is DC-95, while Donkey Kong Circus' is MK-96, when they should be swapped. During the manufacturing of the games, the numbers were accidentally switched. Because Nintendo knew this didn't pose a problem, they decided not to change it.

Delayed or missing items

If you have not received your item within the timeframe estimated on your dispatch confirmation, please contact us, and we will be happy to look into this for you. There can be delays caused by weather, holidays, and postal and customs backlogs. These are thankfully fairly uncommon, but please do not be alarmed if your item is a little late. On the incredibly rare occasion that an item is found to be lost, a replacement will be provided.

Cancelled orders

If you need to cancel an order before it has been sent, please let us know. Note that cancelled orders due to a change of mind are subject to a 5.5% fee to cover Paypal fees for refunded transactions.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items received (which we hope, due to our high standards, would never happen) please let us know within 7 days of receipt, as we can usually offer a replacement. Any items that require replacement must be posted to us within 14 days of a return being accepted, please ensure you obtain proof of posting / tracking..

In the unlikely event that any damage has occurred during delivery of your parcel, please ensure you take pictures of the inside and outside of the packaging, as these will be required to make a claim with the postal services.
